Program Director

We are seeking a gospel-centered Program Director to lead a released time religious instruction program for public school students.

• Manage the program's people by recruiting, training, and supervising a diverse team.
• Oversee location logistics, including transportation and learning spaces.
• Coordinate operational procedures and maintain relationships with schools and districts.
• Handle financial aspects through fundraising and budgeting.
• Promote the program via community engagement and communication efforts.

The role is part-time (15-20 hours/week), with support, training, and coaching provided.
