The role involves managing the 5 L's: Leadership—recruiting and training volunteers; Location—arranging transportation and learning spaces; Logistics—coordinating with schools; Loot—fundraising and budgeting; Language—promoting the program.
The ideal candidate is a mature Christian actively involved in a local church, experienced in leadership, and proficient with administrative tools.
