COMPASS Elementary Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of an elementary school-based afterschool program. The Program Director provides leadership, direction, supervision, and support to program staff to ensure desired program goals and outcomes are met. The Program Director serves as the primary contact between Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corp. (NIDC) and the school Principal and represents NIDC to the whole school community. The Program Director reports to and will work with the assigned Program Supervisor and other team members to create a dynamic after-school program that includes academic enrichment, social/emotional activities, project-based learning, arts, sports, and leadership activities.

This is a full-time position. Salary starts at $60,000 per year, commensurate with applicant experience and education
A current physical exam and TB test are required for all Program Directors. All site-based staff must be fingerprinted before being hired.
