Job Details

What you'll actually do:

Set the strategy for our healthcare programs — and make sure it sticks
Run daily operations so services are delivered well, every time
Own the budget — keep it lean, keep it accountable
Build real relationships with the community we serve
Lead change without the chaos
Turn data into decisions, not just reports
Report to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
Keep every program compliant, safe, and high-quality
Build a team that shows up and shows out

Who we're looking for:

Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years leading healthcare programs — respite care, community engagement, or IDD services
A track record of running operations, leading change, and building strategy that works
Sharp with data. Sharper with people.
A communicator who can talk to a case manager and a board member in the same day
Fluent in English and Spanish
A leader people actually want to follow
