Program Director II - Day Programming
Pay: $33.15/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Staff Meetings once a month on 3rd Thursday of Month 3:30pm-4:30pm
The Program Director II - Day Programming is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of day program operations. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote engagement, independence, and well-being for program participants. The Director will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage operational resources, and foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

What You'll Do:
Design and implement engaging, person-centered programming tailored to participant needs and interests.
Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve service delivery.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for families, ensuring transparent communication and responsive support.
Advocate for participant needs within the organization and broader community.
Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and internal departments to enhance program visibility and impact.
Represent the program in public forums and stakeholder meetings.
