    - Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development to assigned staff.
    - Promote reflective supervision, psychological safety, and appropriate support for employees working in high-acuity behavioral health environments.
    - Monitor employee workload and operational conditions that may contribute to burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, or reduced quality of care.
    - Collaborate with Human Resources regarding recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, reasonable accommodation processes, and consistent application of workplace policies.
    - Partner with admissions, clinical, medical, utilization review, compliance, billing, and executive leadership to support effective program operations.
    - Facilitate leadership and staff meetings and maintain clear communication regarding organizational priorities, program expectations, and operational changes.
    - Support quality assurance, incident review, corrective action planning, audits, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
    - Ensure client and employee concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, objectively, and in accordance with organizational procedures.
    - Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and reinforce ethical conduct, confidentiality, and accountability throughout the program.
    - Participate in regulatory, licensing, accreditation, payer, and organizational reviews as applicable.
    - Identify operational risks and implement sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with appropriate organizational leaders.
