The Program Director ensures compliance with accreditation standards, supports faculty and students, maintains curriculum quality, and promotes successful student outcomes, retention, and graduate employment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Radiologic Technology Program.Ensure compliance with JRCERT, institutional, state, and regulatory requirements.Oversee curriculum development and continuous program improvement.Recruit, coach, and evaluate faculty.Monitor student academic progress and retention.Develop and maintain clinical education partnerships.Coordinate clinical placements and student clinical experiences.Support accreditation activities, reporting, and site visits.Maintain program effectiveness through outcomes assessment.Participate in student recruitment, orientation, and graduation activities.Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student achievement and professional growth.QualificationsThe Program Director for Radiologic Technology must possess:Master's DegreeMinimum of four (4) years of clinical experience in Radiologic TechnologyMinimum of two (2) years of teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited programCurrent ARRT CertificationIdeal BackgroundCandidates may currently be working as:Program DirectorRadiologic Technology Program DirectorRadiography Program DirectorClinical CoordinatorClinical InstructorRadiography InstructorMedical Imaging ManagerImaging SupervisorRadiologic TechnologistX-Ray TechnologistDiagnostic Imaging EducatorAllied Health Program Director
