What Youll Do As a Program Director you will provide overall leadership operational oversight and clinical support to ensure the delivery of safe high-quality services. In this role you will oversee services across an outpatient clinic and 1-2 local ABA centers creating opportunities to build strong relationships collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families you serve.

Provide direction leadership and supervision to staff to ensure effective daily operations and service delivery

Ensure compliance with company policies state regulations and licensing requirements

Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment and service plans

Lead licensing reviews develop corrective action plans and ensure consistent follow-through

Maintain program licensure and readiness at all times

Build and maintain strong relationships with families case managers and community partners

Communicate regularly with parentsguardians and interdisciplinary teams regarding progress concerns and outcomes

Ensure proper oversight of program operations including health safety and financial accountability for individuals served

What You Bring Active clinical license required e.g. MHT LPC LMFT OT SLP PT BCBA or related discipline Masters degree required for most clinical disciplines or as required by licensure 5 years of clinical experience in human services behavioral health or pediatric settings Proven leadership or supervisory experience 1-3 years preferred Strong understanding of regulatory compliance documentation standards and quality care delivery Experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based care environments is highly valued Passion for mentoring developing teams and driving positive client outcomes Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance Meets all state-specific licensure and credentialing requirements
