The Community Agency for Senior Citizens (CASC) assists Staten Islanders age 60 and older to live as independently as possible in the community. They do this by working hand-in-hand with older adults, respecting their right to make decisions for themselves, honoring their life experiences and heritage, and recognizing the importance of friends, relatives, and community in creating supportive environments for people as they age.
Position Overview:The Program Director of the Caregiver Services Program is responsible for the overall leadership, administrative oversight, and supervision of the Caregiver Program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality support services to caregivers, compliance with all program standards, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. The Program Director works closely with staff, community partners, funders, and agency leadership to support caregivers and strengthen the program’s impact.
