Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Director to lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
This role will be responsible for program leadership and delivery, stakeholder management, PLM strategy and digital transformation, and technical and solution oversight.
The Program Director will define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
The role will also drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams and provide leadership across PLM transformation initiatives.
