Job DescriptionThe Watchdog Writers Group is seeking an accomplished journalist to serve as Program Director, leading its student mentoring and training initiatives while supporting organizational fundraising efforts.
This role follows WWG's distinctive "player/coach" leadership model, requiring an active, practicing journalist who brings both professional experience and a commitment to developing the next generation of reporters. Candidates with a background in investigative journalism and a demonstrated record of publishing long-form articles or books are strongly preferred.

Monday-Friday 8-5p.m., Some nights and weekends may be required.
Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred QualificationsSalary Range: $78,000-$82,000/year
