POSITION SUMMARY The Program Director at Willow Landing is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management of an 82-unit ESSHI supportive housing community, including oversight of building operations, supportive service coordination, regulatory compliance, and housing stability initiatives. Serving as the central operational leader for the property, this position acts as the primary liaison between Program Services, Property Management, Facilities, Compliance, Commercial Tenants, and external community providers to ensure a safe, stable, welcoming, and resident-centered environment aligned with organizational mission and supportive housing best practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as the primary onsite leader for the supportive housing community
- Provide supervisory oversight for assigned staff including scheduling, performance management, coaching, and staff accountability
- Act as the central point of escalation for concerns affecting the property or residents
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across Program Services, Property Management, Facilities, onsite commercial tenants, and external partners to resolve services, safety issues, unit conditions, and tenancy concerns
- Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered approaches throughout the community
- Help de-escalate conflicts and support a safe and respectful residential environment
- Ensure residents receive comprehensive supportive services that promote independence, safety, and housing stability
- Monitor building conditions to proactively identify operational, maintenance, or safety concerns to ensure the property remains safe, clean, organized, functional, and resident ready
- Monitor compliance with agency policies, ESSHI requirements, housing regulations, and safety protocols
- Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
- Support crisis response coordination in collaboration with front desk and case management staff
- Promote resident engagement, inclusion, and community participation
Health, Safety, & Compliance - Maintain a safe work environment throughout the property in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- Coordinate emergency preparedness efforts and incident response procedures
- Actively participate in health and safety practices and accident prevention
- Ensure all accidents are reported to supervisor and Human Resources, thoroughly investigated, and properly documented
- Investigate operational concerns, incidents, and near misses and coordinate appropriate follow-up
- Use all required safety devices and personal protective equipment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: - Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, Public Administration, Business Administration, Housing Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and leadership experience may be considered
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in supportive housing, affordable housing operations, property management, human services, residential operations, shelter operations, or community-based program management
- Supervisory and team leadership experience required
- Experience working within supportive housing, behavioral health, homelessness, or residential community settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with OTDA regulations, Medicaid, and best practices in trauma-informed care and housing stability preferred
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders preferred
- Experience working in mixed-use or multi-tenant environments preferred
