  • Administration & Repository Management: Organize, review, and optimize internal document sharing platforms; as well as manage process. Recommend, test and implement process optimization (i.e. Microsoft office tools to SharePoint and/or confluence, etc.).
  • Cross-Domain Standardization: Author, edit, enforce, and assist with consistent template management and usage across engineering specifications, security plans, user manuals, tracking tools, etc.
  • Review Coordination: Facilitate technical rewrite sessions, consolidate stakeholder feedback, track leadership approval workflows, and track actions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Track the creation, review, tracking, distribution, and archiving of all program artifacts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing documentation specifically within the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and advanced configuration management software.
  • Capabilities: Proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, concise, and structured documentation for executive-level audiences, while integrating, standardizing and managing efforts across a fast-moving office.

Desired:

  • Frameworks: Familiarity with IC documentation standards, acquisition milestones, and systems engineering lifecycle processes.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
