We are seeking a highly organized and creative event professional to manage small to medium-scale events from concept to completion.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee events, including developing proposals, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Manage vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics such as audiovisual, catering, and decor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for attendees, speakers, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and experience.
