Required Education: Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Education: Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in Finance or Information Systems preferred Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 10–12 years of overall professional experience required Strong stakeholder management experience Payments domain experience required Strong understanding of different Lines of Business (LOBs) and involvement within payments Strong data analysis skills Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs Experience in operations, risk, control, or payments transformation programs Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against milestones Experience identifying and resolving issues across projects and teams Experience with program reporting, metrics, and executive-level status updates Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Audit background preferred (not required) Experience working across operations, technology, risk, and control functions Experience in payment risk management, control frameworks, or regulatory/risk environments Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional governance structures Overview: Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE) focuses on driving change and executing operations strategy as part of a broader transformation agenda The Movement of Funds team within OOE manages and refines risk associated with financial movements, including outgoing, incoming, and internal transfers The team focuses on defining payment risk appetite, consolidating and reporting payment risks, and standardizing controls across the enterprise The role supports the development of a unified risk management framework, reduces reliance on detective controls, and promotes proactive risk mitigation The position is for independent contractors providing senior expertise in business analysis, data analysis, program management, and subject matter expertise in payments and payments risk The role supports execution of strategic control programs across operations, technology, risk, and control functions, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely delivery Job Duties: Manage day-to-day execution of milestones and resources across multiple complex projects Identify and manage key stakeholders and organizational relationships Lead development and alignment of multiple workstreams to business objectives Facilitate and resolve cross-functional issues across projects and senior management Define project scope in alignment with business goals and support business case and cost-benefit analysis Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, procedures, and standards Support resource negotiation across departments to ensure project delivery Develop and validate program status reports, dashboards, and executive-level decks Ensure accurate tracking of progress, risks, metrics, and strategic alignment Enforce structured reporting cycles and highlight key risks and dependencies Ensure proper staffing across all program areas Communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership on a timely basis Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies Escalate risks to Program Director or Sponsor when required#CT1 **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
