Leidos' Undersea Systems Division (USD) is looking for a Program Integrator to help lead the development of next-generation Navy systems - including underwater vehicles, maritime sensors, and advanced data acquisition and telemetry systems for distributed sensor platforms. You'll partner with a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers on programs that push the state of the art in maritime signal processing and autonomous systems.
The selected candidate will help drive program execution by coordinating schedules, risks, action items, deliverables, staffing needs, technical reviews, and cross-functional dependencies. The Program Integrator will serve as a key interface between teams, functional organizations, subcontractors, and program leadership to maintain alignment on cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer commitments.
This position requires a proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities, resolving complex issues, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
