The successful candidate will manage a growing, nationally recognized health promotion program called the Mental Wellness Conversation Program. In addition to serving as the main point of contact for this educational program, the candidate will travel to support current MWCC facilitators, design marketing and outreach materials, and oversee the program website. The position also involves supporting any state-specific modifications of the MWCC curriculum, as well as program evaluation.

Position Details
General Statement
This position is funded by a USDA grant that is run through the Department of Human Development and Community Health, located in the College of Education, Health and Human Development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the National usage and dissemination of the Mental Wellness Conversation Curriculum (MWCC)
Serve as a liaison between curriculum writers and current facilitators, as well as host quarterly meetings (there are currently 61 active facilitators across 14 states/territories)
Manage the MWCC website on the montana.edu site
Create MWCC marketing materials and how-to guides (as needed, continuous task)
Complete day-to-day tasks as it relates to MWCC program management
Manage the content modification of the original MWCC for a teen audience
Work with the MWCC graphic designer to:
1) Create the graphics for the teen MWCC version, and
2) Adapt the MWCC for other states as requested
Assist with program evaluation and program impact reporting to current funders and stakeholders
Travel as needed throughout MT and the Western United States to assist MWCC facilitators with MWCC programming
