As a Program Lead, you will:
Provide ongoing administrative support to the Supervisor, Post-Employment Services, including documentation, schedule coordination, follow-up, data tracking, and timely reporting.
Spend time at job sites conducting site visits, quality assurance checks, job coaching, and direct observation of service delivery.
Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and people supported; update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets.
Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches, meal breaks, scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary.
Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits.
Coordinate and support the IHSP reporting process, including tracking due dates, gathering required information, drafting reports, routing reports for review, and maintaining completed documentation.
Provide training to Job Coaches as needed to strengthen service quality and staff performance.
Observe employment services and identify support needs, service delivery concerns, or opportunities for improvement; communicate findings and follow-up needs to the Supervisor.

Starting at $22.00- $26.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment or community-based setting.
1-2 years of administrative or program support experience preferred.
Experience in human services or employment services preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire)
High school diploma or GED.
Must pass a DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting background clearance.
Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
