Program Management Analyst
Marathon TS has an immediate need for a Program Management Analyst supporting a government agency in Washington, D. C. You will be responsible for acquisition-related program management tasks that pertain to the Polar Security Cutter. The Program Management Analyst will support logistics planning and development activities to include requirements development, technical evaluations, and crafting plans and processes for the execution of logistics products to the sustainment community. The Program Management Analyst will also manage the transformation of shipbuilder logistics data into the support documentation necessary for Polar Security Cutter operations in the fleet.
Job Duties:
- Provide PSC Shipbuilder Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Review Support. Assist in the review of PSC Shipbuilder deliverables. Document findings in accordance with PSC Integrated Program Office CDRL response requirements.
- Provide NAVSEA LOGCEN (NSLC) ILS Deliverable Review and Editing Support. Review NAVSEA LOGCEN (NSLC) deliverables for compliance with Coast Guard policy, process guides, and other development standards. Ensure that established PSC workflows and deliverables are completed. Review and edit Maintenance and Supply Support deliverables from NSLC to ensure they can be processed into Coast Guard Sustainment tools.
- Provide Logistics Planning and Development. Support overall ILS, maintenance, and supply support planning and development for the APO PSC project.
- Assist with the updates to ILS sections of all PSC acquisition planning documents. Review changes to the ILSP and other planning documents.
- Support APO's development, tracking, and delivery of maintenance-related products via prescribed APO IT interfaces and process management infrastructure.
- Develop, review, and edit maintenance-related deliverables and ensure that format, content, and recommendations are made to resolve deficiencies or make improvements to the project products.
- Coordinate the establishment of the physical configuration audit (PCA) validation team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional years of experience may be used in lieu of education
- Acquisition supply support
- Acquisition planning, development, and executive
- Provisioning and cataloging processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in acquisition support
