The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Program Management Consultant for an active RFP opportunity: Region 4 ESC RFP R42026-05 - Application Maintenance, DevOps, and Program Support Services for The Texas Education Exchange.

Region 4 ESC is seeking application maintenance, DevOps, QA, program support, and dedicated support team services for The Texas Education Exchange.

Core Responsibilities

• Support program coordination, roadmap tracking, stakeholder alignment, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, and governance for the Exchange support effort.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
• Define the Program Management Consultant work package: Support program coordination, roadmap tracking, stakeholder alignment, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, and governance for the Exchange support effort.
• Gather role-specific inputs: Collect the source materials, stakeholder decisions, system details, and operational constraints needed from Region 4 Education Service Center.
• Perform the specialist analysis: Apply the methods, standards, tools, and professional judgment required for this role's assigned scope.
• Develop the assigned deliverables: Produce the role-specific designs, recommendations, configurations, records, or operational outputs required by the project.
• Validate the specialist work: Check the deliverables against source requirements, professional standards, identified risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Complete role handover: Resolve review comments and deliver final files, decisions, open items, operating guidance, and supporting evidence.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
