As a Senior Program Manager on our Co-Marketing team, you'll transform advertiser partnerships into impactful growth campaigns. Collaborate with brands like Ben & Jerry's, Reese's Puffs, Panera, and Wendy's to create culturally relevant marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in scaling our campaign portfolio by designing and implementing efficient processes and programs from scratch. You'll automate workflows, enhance collaboration across teams, and ensure seamless execution of advertiser campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement co-marketing programs with scalable workflows, governance, and success metrics.
• Identify and automate manual processes in the campaign lifecycle using AI tools.
• Manage end-to-end program execution, coordinating timelines and resources with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain program tracking and reporting in Salesforce and other project management tools.
• Create playbooks and frameworks for reliable program operations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Strong communication skills and ability to structure ambiguous work.

Preferences

• Experience with AI tools and building automated workflows.
• Experience managing or building workflows within Salesforce.
