About the Role Power Innovations International (PII) is seeking a Program Management Leader to drive the successful development of next-generation EV Charging and Power Conversion / Edge Energy (PC/EE) products. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, and builds scalable program management processes across the organization.
This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys aligning engineering, business, and customer needs into successful product launches.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage PII's project management team Oversee new product development programs from concept through launch Drive execution of EV charging and power conversion product initiatives Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to scope Develop and implement standardized project management tools and processes Provide accurate, timely reporting on program and product status Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Evaluate program financial viability and product profitability Define clear project goals and maintain focus across teams Lead productive stakeholder and cross-functional meetings
What You Bring Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
Experience
5+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry Preferred: 2+ years in EV, energy storage, or power conversion
