Location: Milpitas, CA

Rate: $95/hr on C2C
Duration: 12 Months
Type: Contract Only

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Program Management Manager with 7+ years of experience managing large-scale manufacturing/product programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program planning, cross-functional leadership, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, and financial/P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Track program KPIs, deliverables, risks, timelines, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage escalations and executive communications.
• Drive product lifecycle activities, NPI, product launches, and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer relationships, contract negotiations, and business growth initiatives.
• Maintain program financial performance and P&L accountability.
• Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites and global teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• Strong background in electronics, EMS, product, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience with cross-functional leadership, customer management, PLM, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Experience managing customer escalations, program risks, and business operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.

Preferred Experience

• Electronics Manufacturing / EMS or NPI environments.
• P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Customer-facing program management and contract negotiation.
• Global manufacturing/site coordination.
