Program Manager - 160870

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve transformation objectives and strategic goals. Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and budgets in partnership with stakeholders. Facilitate structured decision-making and resolve conflicts through Key Business Decisions (KBDs) and Key Design Decisions (KDDs). Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and tiger teams. Strong knowledge of operational structures within Materials, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment domains. Compensation: & Benefits Competitive salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
