Job Summary Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs from planning through execution, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Job Title:Program Manager 2 Location: Milpitas, CA
Key Responsibilities
Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
Track program KPIs, deliverables, schedules, quality, and costs.
Drive issue resolution, corrective actions, and successful program execution.
Act as a customer-facing point of contact, handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships.
Manage product development and lifecycle activities from development through production.
Support business growth, contract discussions, and P&L/financial accountability.
Drive process improvements and ensure customer commitments are met.
Must Have
7+ years of Program Management experience.
Experience in electronics, manufacturing, EMS, or a similar technical environment.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
Experience with program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
Experience tracking program performance/KPIs and managing escalations.
Experience with product development/lifecycle management.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and business skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
