Program Manager Admin

About the Role:

The Program Manager Admin plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating administrative functions that support the successful execution of organizational programs. This position ensures that all program activities align with strategic objectives, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies. The role involves managing resources, timelines, and communication channels to facilitate seamless program delivery. The Program Manager Admin acts as a liaison between various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment on program goals. Ultimately, this position drives the administrative backbone that enables programs to meet their targets and deliver value to the organization.

Based on our government contracts, US Citizenship is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in program or project administration or management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking tools.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to program planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
• Facilitate communication between program teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely updates.
• Monitor program budgets and resource allocation to support efficient program delivery.
• Support risk management activities by identifying potential administrative issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to track progress and action items.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout program execution.
