In this role, you will provide leadership and direct supervision to program supervisors across Adult Day Support and Respite services while coaching and developing leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery. You will oversee person-centered, community-integrated programming focused on skill-building and independence, while ensuring compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, DSS, Medicaid waiver requirements, and licensing standards. Additionally, you will support strong program outcomes through quality assurance and continuous improvement, manage operational and budgetary responsibilities for assigned programs, build strong relationships with families, participants, and community partners, and promote a culture of dignity, inclusion, accountability, and teamwork.
We are seeking a strong leader with experience in human services and team supervision. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Services Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least five years of supervisory or leadership experience in human services or a related field. Candidates should also have experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn DBHDS, DMAS, DSS, and Medicaid waiver regulations, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and a commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive practices. Preferred qualifications include experience with positive behavior support strategies, adult day services, respite or community-based programming, and a background in program development, quality improvement, or operations management.
Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 with some nights and weekends as needed
