Description

Program ManagerLead complex product development programs from customer proposal through qualification, certification, and production transition. Review customer requirements, proposals, and change requests to ensure alignment with technical, cost, and schedule objectives. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts. Chair and coordinate cross-functional Integrated Product Teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain functions. Act as the primary customer contact for programs status, scope management, issue resolution, and progress reviews. Monitor program performance using established project management tools and metrics. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to support successful delivery. Drive alignment among internal stakeholders while ensuring customer expectations are met. Support new product introduction activities and facilitate a smooth handover into production. Prepare and present program reports, milestones, and performance updates to leadership and customers.This organization designs and manufactures highly reliable Radio Frequency electronic and electromechanical solutions used in mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.
