Job Details

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee aerospace and defense-related programs from contract award through delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring projects stay on track across scope, schedule, and budget, while serving as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, operations, and quality to keep programs moving and resolve issues quickly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and driving execution.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs
  • Manage programs from contract award through final delivery
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, purchasing, and quality teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
  • Support proposal development including scope, cost, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Identify risks early and work with teams to resolve issues
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and customers
  • Maintain program documentation and communication logs

What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or a related environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or government contracting (FAR/DFARS) is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
