Program Manager – Agentic AI & Automation
\nLocation: Fremont, CA – 5 Days Onsite
\nVisa-Only USC, GC on w2 only
\nMust-Have Skills:

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification
- \n
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms
- \n
- Strong experience managing AI/automation programs and cross-functional teams
- \n
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI agent and automation programs from planning through deployment
- \n
- Define scope, roadmap, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics
- \n
- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and project delivery
- \n
- Oversee AI solution development, testing, deployment, and adoption
- \n
- Drive governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices
- \n
- Support change management, training, and user adoption
- \n
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation
- \n
