Program Manager

Payrate: $50.00 - $52.00/hr.
 
Summary:
This position serves as the primary project coordination and relationship-management contact between the Technical Sales Support team and the Company’s Oil & Gas and Mining teams. The individual will build and maintain effective working relationships, coordinate requests, clarify priorities, and provide consistent communication regarding status, risks, decisions, and next steps. The role also involves managing business-process automation initiatives, including the Feedback Tool and other workflow, reporting, and process-improvement projects.
 
Responsibilities

• Coordinate business process automation projects and maintain ongoing engagement with the Company’s Oil & Gas and Mining teams.
• Facilitate meetings, track schedules, document decisions, coordinate resources, and communicate project status.
• Work with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and leadership to define requirements, establish project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and drive projects through implementation and adoption.
• Interact with the Sales and Engineering Manager requests from the COG and Mining teams and manage the timelines and task completion of the feedback tool development and various business process automation projects.

 
Qualifications

• 5-7 years of PMP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree with additional PMP experience accepted.
• Experience in roles such as Account Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager.

 
Skills

• Cross-functional project planning and execution.
• Stakeholder and relationship management.
• Business-process automation and improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications for project documentation, presentations, collaboration, and status reporting.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, databases, workflow systems, or comparable business-automation technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $52.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
