    Description

    Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.

    Location: Remote/Hybrid CONUS with frequent travel to Arlington, VA and other NGB locations.Clearance:Active Secret Clearance Required; TS/SCI Preferred. 

    Position Overview

    Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau. The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership. 

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Military Science, Organizational Leadership, Training Management, Emergency Management, or related field
    • Minimum 10 years supporting DoD, National Guard, Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Component headquarters
    • Minimum 5 years managing government contracts
    • Experience supervising geographically dispersed personnel
    • Experience leading readiness, training, planning, exercise, or operational support efforts
    • Strong executive communication and briefing skills 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree
    • Former military O-4 through O-6
    • Former National Guard J7/J37 experience
    • Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) experience
    • DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS expertise
