Job Summary:
The Asset Management Program Manager is responsible for supervising the overall operation of a program, including multiple projects for one client, and implementing a clear line of communication between sales and technical operations. In addition, the Program Manager serves as a consultative resource for all existing and potential clients and may participate in presentations as required. This role is responsible for budget management, cost management, scope management, risk, change management, and issue management for each assigned project and/or program. The Program Manager will mentor and train team members. The Program Manager (will be required to travel to client project sites.
The Program Manager leads complex asset advisory and asset management programs supporting institutional, commercial, and corporate real estate portfolios across multiple regions. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, operational performance, client strategy, financial management, and multidisciplinary project delivery while serving as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
The Program Manager drives consistency, quality, scalability, and client satisfaction across large portfolios involving facility assessments, capital planning, deferred maintenance analysis, engineering and architectural advisory services, energy and sustainability initiatives, and ongoing asset performance strategies. This position plays a critical role in helping clients make informed operational and investment decisions by translating technical findings into actionable business solutions and long-term portfolio strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, program delivery, and client relationship management experience within commercial real estate, facilities, engineering consulting, or asset advisory environments. This role requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows and reporting standards, monitor KPIs and financial performance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Travel to client and project sites throughout the U.S. is required.
