Job Summary (Program Manager Automotive Industry)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT programs within the automotive industry.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Oversee budget control, financial management, and resource planning.
- Drive program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals and strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.
- Monitor program performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Lead and motivate geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Drive organizational transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Manage change, risks, issues, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Leverage technical skills in SDLC, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integration.
- Apply strong leadership, executive communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree and PMP/SAFe/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar technology programs and delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
