Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex initiatives while overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs from initiation through closure.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps.
• Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.
• Monitor program performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Drive organizational transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
