Are you a mission-driven leader with experience managing residential programs, supervising teams, and supporting vulnerable populations? We’re partnering with a housing non-profit seeking a Program Manager to oversee residential services operations within a family housing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a residential setting, brings strong leadership and organizational skills, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced and evolving environment.


What You’ll Be Doing…

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for a family housing and shelter program

• Supervise, train, and support residential and case management staff

• Coordinate case management services and monitor program compliance and documentation

• Conduct audits of resident files and databases to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Collaborate with property management, operations teams, and community providers to maintain a safe residential environment

• Monitor budgets, contracts, reporting requirements, and support program development initiatives


Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…

• Experience working in a residential, shelter, housing, or community-based setting with direct resident interaction

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience within social services, housing, or residential programs

• Strong organizational skills with experience managing documentation, audits, reporting, or compliance processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while remaining flexible and patient

• Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems (Clarity experience a plus)


Additional Details

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

Assignment Length: 3–6 month temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate

Pay Rate: $40–$43 per hour

Start Date: ASAP
