Responsibilities The Project Manager will support and manage the execution of projects within the company. This position will be involved in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate resources, teams, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain clear and regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide status updates on project progress and escalate issues when necessary. Support in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and tracking project expenditures to ensure costs remain within budget. Help identify potential project risks and issues and work with senior management to implement mitigation strategies. Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, reports, and project deliverables to ensure consistency and clarity across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting them in various aspects of project execution to achieve project goals. Ensure that the project meets all the defined quality standards and client specifications. Participate in project post-mortems and suggest process improvements to enhance future project execution. Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety). Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education / Training High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree. PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a plus, though not required. Work Experience / Skills 0-2 years experience in project management or team coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and under deadlines. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and E-Mail.
