Description
Position Summary:
The program manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of all treatment services for adult women's residential programs in Lee County. The program manager works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to accomplish the goals and mission of the Aletheia House.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide supervision to clinical and support staff
Review and approve treatment plans, case plans, and charts
Oversee the timely, complete, and accurate completion of documentation as required by the Aletheia House, the Department of Mental Health, and others
Conduct psycho-social assessments, as needed
Provide appropriate resolution for consumer issues and concerns
Facilitate meetings designed to improve the quality of services
Conduct regular reviews of documentation by staff and report on the same to the Chief Operating Officer
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health with a clinical practicum
Licensure as a LPC, LICSW, or clinical psychologist, required
Certification as a substance abuse professional or the ability to achieve certification within two years
At least five years' experience providing substance abuse treatment services, preferred
Must be eligible to provide Medicaid services
Knowledge related to the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring substance use and mental disorders
Ability to lead a team with diverse members located in varying counties
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Motor Vehicle Report required
Travel:
Travel may be required between facilities.
Must be willing to use and have your own personal transportation.
Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included
