Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager / Technical Program Manager with 6–8 years of experience to lead complex partner offers and go-to-market (RTM) programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring. The role requires strong program ownership, technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work closely with engineering, platform, product, finance, legal, and business teams. The ideal candidate can manage system-dependent launches, identify risks and dependencies early, and build scalable delivery processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment independently.
Partner with engineering, AUP, and platform teams on technical delivery, integrations, and implementation.
Translate business and partner requirements into operational and technical requirements.
Support offer onboarding, testing, validation, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
Design scalable workflows, governance models, SOPs, runbooks, and launch processes.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.
Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, launch performance, and overall program health.
Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility, planning, and decision-making.
Identify recurring operational issues and drive process, tooling, and automation improvements.
Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers, launch risks, and critical issues.
Must-Have Skills:
6–8 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Delivery Operations, or Technical Operations.
Proven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional programs.
Experience working with engineering/platform teams on system-dependent launches.
Strong technical understanding of systems, integrations, APIs, and platform-based delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, and organizational skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting/dashboard tools.
Ability to manage multiple dependencies, timelines, risks, and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry Experience:
Preferred: SaaS, software, subscriptions, digital fulfillment, partner operations, or offer delivery.
Experience working in technology/platform-driven environments is highly relevant.
Experience supporting high-visibility product or partner launches and executive stakeholders is a plus.
Experience designing and scaling operational workflows and delivery models is preferred.
