+ Coordinate and enhance data sharing initiatives that span business units, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and legal requirements.

+ Establish and evolve Agile/Hybrid delivery practices, driving accountability and cross-team alignment from project inception through release.

+ Monitor project budgets and success metrics for program milestones.

+ Lead retrospectives, process improvements, and lessons-learned forums to continually improve velocity and quality.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for program delivery, communicating status, milestones, and risks to leaders and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

+ High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in media, entertainment, or related industry; background in cross-segment data programs a plus.

+ Familiarity with data cataloging and activation tools (e.g., Alation, Snowflake, Hightouch, Tableau).

+ Experience working with privacy, legal, and infosec stakeholders on policy-driven technical programs.

+ Familiarity with scaled delivery/program management frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, hybrid, etc.).

+ PMP, CSM, or comparable certifications preferred.
