Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Jira Management: Own and maintain Jira boards, ensuring tickets are accurately tracked, prioritized, and updated across multiple teams.

Project & Initiative Tracking: Maintain a clear view of who is running what, across all core platform initiatives.

Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel to visualize delivery progress and platform metrics.

Delivery Reporting: Draft and distribute weekly and bi-weekly delivery updates, highlighting progress, blockers, and upcoming milestones.

AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, summarize engineering updates, and enhance communication.

Engineering Liaison: Translate engineering work into digestible insights for cross-functional teams; shed light on technical progress and challenges.

Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication between engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of Program Management experience in a tech or FinTech environment.

-Strong Jira expertise comfortable managing complex workflows, filters, and reporting.

-Excellent understanding of analytics able to interpret data and relate it to business and technical outcomes.

-BI Tool Proficiency experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

-Excel advanced skills in creating dashboards, pivot tables, and data visualizations.

-AI Tools Experience familiarity with using AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to streamline reporting and analysis.

-Strong Communication Skills capable of drafting clear, concise delivery updates and facilitating cross-functional discussions. Technical Fluency able to speak confidently about engineering work, even if not hands-on coding. null
