Job Summary:
This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of offers and managing complex workflows across various Adobe products. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams to ensure successful launches and optimize delivery models. A key aspect of this position is to identify and implement improvements for scalable and efficient operational processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee offer delivery from intake through post-launch, managing timelines and risks.
- Coordinate with engineering and platform teams to define and implement delivery solutions.
- Design and standardize scalable workflows for offer onboarding and launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving delivery blockers and escalations.
- Develop dashboards to monitor fulfillment health and drive data-informed process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional programs.
- Strong technical fluency for system and integration discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in the SaaS industry is required for this role, with a preference for candidates familiar with subscription or digital fulfillment ecosystems.
