Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Program Ownership - Lead delivery for complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Independently manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning and validation.
- Act as escalation point for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues.
Technical Collaboration & Guidance - Partner closely with AUP and platform teams on delivery design and implementation.
- Provide informed guidance on delivery architecture, integrations, and fulfillment models.
- Translate business and partner requirements into clear operational and technical needs.
- Operationalize and execute offer onboarding using Adobe platforms.
- Identify system dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in planning.
- Support testing strategy, validation, and issue resolution across systems.
Delivery Model & Workflow Design - Help design scalable workflows and governance models for offer delivery.
- Standardize intake, readiness, and launch processes across programs.
- Recommend improvements to tooling, automation, and delivery methods.
- Document runbooks, SOPs, and delivery patterns for reuse.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Work across Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.
- Influence decisions on delivery approach, timelines, and feasibility.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure launches stay on track.
- Provide structured updates to leadership on program health and risks.
Operational Analytics - Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, and launch performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and planning.
- Use data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
