HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Opportunity
- The Business Model Strategy team is driving a multi-quarter transformation initiative to simplify how *** packages, prices, and structures its enterprise offerings. The initiative runs through a formal executive governance structure and is delivered in partnership with an external strategy consulting firm. As it moves into its next phase of design work, we need a strong client-side program manager to keep a complex, multi-party effort on track.
- You'll keep the program on schedule: holding stakeholders to their commitments, catching misalignment before it turns into rework, and making sure the team's priorities show up in what our consulting partner delivers. It's a role that sits between the strategy team, the transformation office, the consulting partner, and cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating all of them without managing any of them.
What You'll Do
- Own the team's view of the plan. Keep the schedule of milestones, deliverables, and decision points current, and reconciled against the consulting partner's workplan so leadership always sees where things really stand.
- Hold stakeholders accountable. Track commitments across workstream owners and partners and drive them to closure. When a deadline is at risk, you're the one who raises it.
- Catch misalignment early. Notice when workstreams or decisions start to diverge (conflicting assumptions, dropped handoffs, timelines that no longer line up) and pull the right people together before it becomes rework.
- Oversee milestones for the team. Pressure-test partner deliverables against what the team actually needs and make sure what reaches leadership is complete and ready to decide on.
- Run the operating cadence. Agendas, decisions, follow-ups, and the rhythm of working sessions and leadership updates.
- Manage program risk. Keep a live view of risks, blockers, and open decisions, framed with options and a recommendation so leadership can move fast.
- Coordinate across the parties. Work across the strategy team, the transformation office, the consulting partner, and stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product, translating between them and keeping everyone aligned.
Skills:
- 7+ years in program or project management, management consulting, or transformation delivery, including client-side experience on a large-scale consulting engagement.
- Track record on complex, cross-functional programs. You've kept multi-workstream initiatives on schedule and driven measurable outcomes across teams you didn't directly manage.
- Stakeholder command. You can influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable across levels and functions, and you're comfortable escalating when something is slipping.
- Structured problem-solving. You dissect ambiguous problems, delegate cleanly, and keep the through- line from strategy to execution visible to everyone involved.
- Governance fluency. You've built the schedules, RAID logs, and executive-ready materials that run a program, and you know how to prepare for and staff a formal steering body.
- Service-oriented judgment. You represent the interests of the team you support, and you know when to advise, when to push, and when to commit rather than letting the role collapse into pure coordination.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
- Exposure to pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy is welcome but not required
BENEFITS:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees and their families. Eligible employees may receive:
- Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement Plans: Participation in a company-sponsored retirement savings plan.
- Legal Service Plans: Offering access to attorneys for legal advice and representation.
