Position Overview

• Experienced in leading Signavio Components / suite of tools and their implementation; knowledge of BPMN-based modeling using SAP Signavio Process Manager
• Leads project management activities for enterprise-wide business process transformation initiatives
• Manage program risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, governance, change management and executive communications.
• Responsible for Stakeholder engagement and co-ordination across global teams, enterprise architects, delivery teams and partner with business process owners, enterprise architects, product managers, and delivery teams.
• Involved in collaborative planning, driving process discovery and design workshop with SMEs, Architects, TPM, domain experts and vendors to ensure successful design and execution of process transformation programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, ITSM, and other enterprise domains.
• Documentation, process mining, business process standardization discussions and activities using SAP Signavio and related SAP transformation tools.
• Experience of working in ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or digital transformation programs and Assess process impacts across applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Define Process KPIs / KPI Design and Process Analytics performance dashboards
• Maintain enterprise process repository and version control standards
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs involving ERP modernization, SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, HR, or IT transformations.
• Collaborate with SAP Cloud ALM, LeanIX, SAP Enable Now, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Understanding of how the Technology & Integration of the SAP Signavio suite across the Journey lifecycle

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in business process transformation, consulting, or enterprise program management.
• 5+ years of SAP Signavio experience
• 3-5+ years Business Process Management (BPM) / BPMN 2.0 knowledge
• Agile / Hybrid Delivery Models
• Good to have: PMP / PgMP
• Good to have: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Subcon rate range: $75 to $83/hr

Full-time: The pay range for this role is $130k $ 145k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
