Program Manager

Strong Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.
MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects. Profile Must reflect this experience or summary provided with highlights otherwise it will be rejected.

• Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
• Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experience
• With at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projects
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.
• Solid experience in:
  Decision-making and negotiations
  Risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.
• Should demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
