The government lead recommends staffing levels, develops and manages project schedules, reviews and coordinates team member progress, and takes corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of multiple project outputs and deliverables. The Program Manager provides coaching and mentoring to senior executive staff, applies knowledge of program governance, organizational culture, agile transformation, and strategic execution, and leverages deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving requirements.
