What You'll Own

- Own full program lifecycle for medium to large, complex programs, with full accountability for financial performance and execution

- Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers and IPT leads

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders

- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

- Monitor financial performance and forecasts, and drive corrective action on variances

- Lead program reviews, milestone gates (PDR, CDR, PRR), and status reporting

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred)

- 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace or a similar complex manufacturing environment

- Strong expertise in program management methodologies and P&L ownership

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent

- Experience with risk management, scope control, and change management

- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office

- Ability to travel 30-40%

Nice to Have

- PMP or similar certification

- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement
