Position Overview
We are hiring a Program Manager/Case Manager for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Holladay. This role supports adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
You’ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to help create a safe, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing and long-term recovery.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time
- Days: Monday-Thursday
- Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Pay: $22–$24/hour

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate psychoeducation groups
- Assist clients with case management needs including finding resources in the community
- Meet 1:1 with patients needing case management needs
- Complete concise and timely clinical notes.
- Conduct the intake process for new admits.
- Attend weekly clinical team meetings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified Case Manager or ability to become one within 30 days
- Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
- Execellent communication and listening skills
- Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
- Preferred:
- Experience with Medicaid population
- 2+ year experience in substance use or mental health
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
