    29-Sep-2026, Program Manager - CCO, v, Lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of emergency medicine while partnering directly with executive clinical leaders across a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

    This Program Manager role supports the Chief Clinical Officer of Emergency Medicine and serves as a key driver of strategic projects, operational excellence, and organizational change. You'll manage multiple high-priority initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborate with senior leaders across the company, and help advance best practices that improve performance and outcomes.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead complex projects and programs through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion
    • Partner with executive clinical and operational leaders to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
    • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics to ensure effective delivery
    • Facilitate meetings, task forces, and committees while coordinating follow-up actions and stakeholder communication
    • Support process improvement efforts and help identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness
    • Create executive-level communications, presentations, newsletters, leadership updates, intranet content, and project launch materials
    • Gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
    • Assist with system enhancements, testing, implementation activities, and end-user requirements gathering

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple concurrent projects while communicating status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, IT, innovation, and informatics teams
    • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and approved changes
    • Measure project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when needed
    • Document project requirements, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables
    • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives that promote organizational best practices
    • Develop presentations and recommendations for senior leadership review
    • Track action items and ensure timely completion of project milestones

    You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
    • 2+ years of project management experience
    • 1+ year of experience in group facilitation, process improvement, and change management
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • PMP certification preferred or willingness to complete project management training and pursue PMP certification
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Visio
    • Strong leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
